Kegel Exercise for Men to Control Overactive Bladder

How do you do kegel exercises? There are two types. Long kegel exercise for men and short kegel exercises for men. To do long kegel exercises first squeeze your PC muscles shut as tightly as you can and hold them so for as long as you can. Holding them for more than 10 seconds is not better. Then relax your muscles completely for 10 seconds. Make sure you relax them really for 10 seconds. Repeat. Try to do as many repeatings as you can.


After completing long kegel exercises for men you should do short kegel exercises for men, in this first squeeze and hold for one second, and then relax completely for one second. After that repeat for a total of five times then relax completely for 10 seconds. You should repeat all the above process 3 or 4 times.


Now you are ready to do kegel exercises for men. Friends Don’t worry if you can’t do these kegel exercises. At the starting stage you may find that you can’t even squeeze or hold them for two seconds. With an everyday practice, your muscles will become stronger and stronger. After a few weeks or months, you will be able to squeeze this PC muscles really tight for a full ten seconds doing the long exercises.
